This collection is a tribute to the beautiful native 'ohi'a trees that once grew in abundance in the forest surrounding my island home. Many of the trees have died off from a fungus called rapid 'ohi'a death. Fortunately, some of the older trees have survived and many healthy-looking, young trees are now growing.
